- Refund or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Cosmetics, skincare, and makeup products.
- Undergarments and swimwear (if worn).
- Perishable or clearance sale items.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
