1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Mauritius and Rodrigues only.

2. Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders above Rs 1,500.
• A small delivery fee applies for orders below Rs 1,500 (visible at checkout).

3. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing includes verification, packaging, and handover to the delivery service.

5. Tracking

When available, we’ll provide courier tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or absence, additional redelivery or handling charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

8. Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or public holidays.
